I’m a writer living in the Highlands of Scotland. I came to Scotland over thirty years ago to climb in the hills and enjoy my passion for the outdoors. Since then i’ve been in numerous scrapes and had lots of adventures, some funny and others scary. Join me on my ramblings through the hills and glens of the highlands. I’m also a performer and wrote and acted in a my play about the occultist and mountaineeer Aleister Crowley. I’m performing in the Bram Stoker Festival in October come and see me!
I’m also now working on a new play about George Mallory, Beyond Everest. We will be taking the play to the 2014 Edinburgh Festival. It should be a great show, currently looking for sponsors and a place to perform the play on the 90th anniversary of Mallory’s death on the 8th of June 2014. If you are running a festival around then I’d be happy to hear from you.

Greetings from the Kearvaig Pipe Club. I read you post about Glenbuck and spotted your mention of the KPC. I believe we had a call about a nasty smelling bothy up at Glenbuck so Dazbo was dispatched to freshen the place up for the next punters. mission accomplished. Maybe we will see you at rudimentary shelter for a wee dram and a bowl sometime?
